LoopCRM is a customer relationship management product provided by LoopCare Technologies, a sole proprietorship of Mr Gaurang Thakkar, having its principal place of business at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@myloopcare.in.
We do not sell, rent or share your data or your clients' data with advertisers, data brokers or other customers. We do not use your client records to train models or to market to your clients.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run LoopCRM: one for storing your data and handling sign-in (hosted in India), one for running the website and keeping it fast and secure, and a payment provider for wallet top-ups. Each handles data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists, including while an account is read-only after a trial ends or a wallet balance runs out. We do not delete your data because of an unpaid balance. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and legal purposes.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your own personal data — the account details you gave us — by writing to hello@myloopcare.in. If the request concerns a record held inside an advisor firm's account, we will refer you to that firm, which controls the record. We respond to requests within 30 days. This right covers your personal data; it is not a bulk export of a firm's records, which is governed by clause 5 of the Terms of Service.
If something about your data concerns you, write to our grievance officer at hello@myloopcare.in with "Grievance" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
If we change this policy materially, we will notify account owners in-app or by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
