How the wallet works
You add money to a prepaid wallet. On the 1st of each month we deduct your plan's rate for every user who is active in your firm. Deactivate someone in March and March bills for one seat less. The monthly deduction is never less than ₹999.
📁 Storing client documents
Attach KYC scans, signed proposals and policy documents to any client record. A 5-seat firm gets 5GB — roughly a few thousand scanned documents at typical sizes. Go past it and the extra is deducted from the same wallet as your seats and shown as its own line, so it is never a surprise. No upload is ever blocked for being over, and your usage sits in plain sight in-app under Wallet.
No card, no catch
Two full monthly cycles — deliberately, because that is how long it takes for daily follow-ups to become a habit. Nothing auto-charges at the end.
No card form, no auto-debit mandate, no invoice at day 61.

First a grace period with reminders — nothing changes and you keep working. After that the account turns read-only: you can still open and read every record. We never delete your data over a balance.
Nothing auto-charges, because we never took a card. Top up the wallet and carry on, or do nothing and the account goes read-only. Your data stays exactly where it is, for whenever you come back.
No. No minimum term, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Stop topping up and that is the cancellation.
A user account that is enabled in your firm on the billing date. Deactivated users cost nothing and their data and history stay intact.
Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request — see the Refund & Cancellation policy. Consumed monthly seat charges are not refundable.
Setup and migration is a one-time ₹3,999 on every plan. That covers importing your existing sheet, creating your user accounts and an assisted first session. Ongoing WhatsApp support and every later CSV import are included at no extra cost.

Yes — ₹999 a month. If your active seats come to less than that, the deduction is ₹999. Above it you pay only for active users. There is still no minimum term: the floor applies to the months you choose to stay, not to a commitment.
It is a one-time ₹4,999 add-on, available on any plan. Without it you get the full product on our subdomain. With it, your team and your clients see your firm's name, logo and colours throughout.
